Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute


You invoke a swirling maelstrom of pain in a 60-foot radius around you. Until the spell ends, the maelstrom moves with you and is centered on you. As a reaction when a creature in the spell’s area takes an action, bonus action, legendary action, or reaction, you may deal 10d6 psychic damage to that creature and it must attempt a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature’s action fails. On a success, you regain the use of your reaction at the end of that turn.

On each of your turns until the spell ends, you may forgo your action, bonus action, or both. For each action you forgo in this manner, you gain the use of an additional reaction until the start of your next turn.
